DDA will plan another housing scheme in 2017 with 37000 flats, on which the construction work has started. The flats in 2017 scheme is expected to finish by March 2017.
In this DDA Scheme, there will be around 25700 MIG (Middle Income Group) Flats.
Learning from the past criticism, DDA will announce schemes only when the flats are in Ready to Move conditions. The draw for DDA Housing Scheme will only be held once flats are ready.
