Aadhar Card will be Compulsory for DDA Housing Scheme 2014

Mr. Najeeb Jung, the Lieutenant Governor who is the chairman of the Delhi Development Authority, has asked the housing agency to make it compulsory for flat applicants to give details of their Aadhaar cards.

DDA Housing Scheme in 2017

DDA will plan another housing scheme in 2017 with 37000 flats, on which the construction work has started. The flats in 2017 scheme is expected to finish by March 2017.

In this DDA Scheme, there will be around 25700 MIG (Middle Income Group) Flats.

DDA to Launch Largest Housing Scheme 2014

DDA announced to launch its largest Housing Scheme in Delhi with 27000 flats. The 2014 DDA (Delhi Development Scheme) will have flats across all categories with majority of units will be for economically weaker section (EWS).

The objective of DDA for 2014 Housing Scheme is that a majority of economically weaker section can get his own home in Delhi at affordable rates. These flats will be ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 Bedroom flats.
